Gender euphoria is when someone feels emotionally or physically aligned with their gender identity. Gender Affirming Intimacy is a book centered on helping ourselves, partners or other loved ones experience the opposite of dysphoria: gender euphoria!
We'll explore how positive, gender-affirming physical, emotional, & mental intimacy can make ourselves or others feel more aligned with their beautiful, authentic selves. Gender Affirming Intimacy is meant to help facilitate communication around intimacy and language between partners or even how to mitigate gender dysphoria in a moment of crisis.
Gender Affirming Intimacy takes an emotionally holistic approach to achieving gender euphoria. Learn terminology around Transgender and Gender Expansive bodies. Identifying the multiple forms of intimacy and exploring methods to reach chronic gender euphoria through affirming language and adapting to different forms of sexual & non-sexual touch to create an intimate experience that aligns with their gender identity.
The book also includes a “Gender Affirming Profile” to help yourself or a loved one create their own Gender Affirming Profile!

About the Workshop
Gender dysphoria is when someone has an emotional or physical feeling that feels misaligned with their gender identity.
Gender Affirming Intimacy is a workshop geared towards helping ourselves, partners, or other loved ones experience the opposite of dysphoria, gender euphoria! We'll explore how positive, gender-affirming physical, emotional, & mental intimacy can make ourselves or others feel more aligned with their beautiful, authentic selves.
We'll achieve this by covering:
- Learning terminology around Trans bodies Identification of the multiple forms of intimacy
- Creating euphoria through affirming language Adapting to different forms of sexual & non-sexual touch
- Finally, towards the end of this class, we will help you develop your own “Gender Affirming Profile” or navigate helping a trans partner create their own Gender Affirming Profile!
Gender non-conforming people may also benefit from pieces of this to create their own unique Gender-Affirming Profile. People who are not familiar with trans bodies or terminology are also encouraged to attend. We are here to educate without stigma! Please note that this class is GREAT for partners of trans people and trans people alike.

About the Authors
Jamie Love
@JamieLove_PDX (She/they) is the executive director of Sex Positive World; she has been hosting speed dating since 2019. She is polyamorous, queer, and kinky, with a love of shibari/rope bondage.
She leads discussion groups and classes on relationships of all sizes, orientations, and dynamics. Her background is in communications, video production, and marketing; check out her YouTube channel, Given Consent, and or social media @JamieLove_PDX.
The Lady V
Lady V (she/her) is a spiritually and socioculturally driven sex-positive educator, community organizer, and professional Dominatrix. Prior to her time serving the sensual, she served as the Program Manager for one of the few agencies in the world specializing in navigating sexuality and gender for people with intellectual/developmental disabilities and their care teams.
Lady V has taught for conferences and sex-positive venues across the US. She serves as a Board Member for Sex Positive World and proudly helps facilitate their education as the Remote Education Coordinator. Lady V has also served the community by facilitating public health events.
She is an out, proud, & fierce-as-fire transwoman with a passion for empowering others. While hailing from Detroit, Michigan, she has settled in Salem, Oregon, where she serves as the majordomo for her leather family, the Atomic Army.
She hopes to inspire others to enjoy sex positivity from an authentic place, as well as embrace their spiritual place within sex positivity & find healing within it.
